Abstract: It is very necessary to conduct research on regimen psychology of China, which is one important subject in current Chinese cultural psychology, along with important theoretical and practical significance. As the first scholarly monograph that carry out systematic studies on regimen psychology thoughts of China, History of Chinese Regimen Psychology Thoughts comprehensively shows the main content and features of Chinese regimen psychology thoughts advocated by various schools that existed in various periods. In addition, this monograph creatively constructs the whole regimen model of Chinese physiologypsychologynaturesocial as well as the evolution stage model of Chinese regimen psychology thoughts. Meanwhile, this monograph elaborates the scientific principles and methods of regimen existed in ancient and modern times. Besides, four distinctive characteristics of this monograph can be found: the diversity and systemic of the research perspective, the classic and originality of the core view, the integrity and preciseness of the structural system as well as the scientificity and practicability of the research content.
