摘要： 自上世纪80年代Dweck提出成就目标理论以来，学者们围绕这一课题在教育、组织、体育等领域开展了大量的研究。文章对目标定向领域的文献进行了回顾，介绍了目标定向从最初单维度到最新3×2模型的结构发展历程；总结了影响目标定向形成的个人和情境因素；还介绍了目标定向对学业成就、自我调节、绩效、创造力、工作态度等的影响后果。未来研究应进一步规范研究术语，考虑各维度之间的交互作用，深化跨层及本土化研究。

关键词: 成就目标理论；学习目标定向；表现目标定向；影响因素；作用后果

Abstract: Since Dweck put forward the concept of achievement goal in 1980s, scholars have carried out a lot of research in the field of education, organization, sports, and so on. Based on achievement goal orientation literature, this paper analyzed the model development process of goal orientation from the original single factor to the latest 3*2 framework, and its influencing factors like individual and situational elements. Next, we discussed the relationship between goal orientation and academic achievement, selfregulation, creativity, job performance and job attitude. Future research should further standardize the terminology on this filed, consider the interaction between the dimensions, and carry out multilevel and indigenous research.
