摘要： 近年来，在具身理论背景下，国外研究者对内感受越来越关注。研究者设计了规范的实验测量方法“心跳知觉任务”，包括精神追踪范式和心跳识别范式。心跳知觉任务可应用于情绪和认知研究，并且在焦虑、抑郁和饮食失调等临床领域也具有重要作用。在神经机制上，心跳知觉与脑岛的活动密切相关。未来研究应考虑年龄、性别和文化等因素，并尝试应用于临床群体，改善其失调的心理机能。

关键词: 具身理论；内感受; 心跳知觉任务

Abstract: In recent years, based on theory of embodiment, western researchers have paid more and more attention to ‘interoception. They designed a standardized method (HeartbeatPerceptionTask) to measure interoception, carried out many related researches by using this method, and found that interocpeion plays an important role in emotional and cognitive processes. However, the research of interoception is still rare in china. Authors suggested that the HeartbeatPerceptionTask should be developed if researchers are interested in the study of interoception in Chinese culture.
