疼痛信念的概念界定

摘要： 疼痛是一种复杂的知觉体验，受很多心理社会因素的影响。疼痛不但是一种感觉，而且是一种情感的表现。疼痛信念起源于门阀控制理论，之后心理学渐渐被纳入疼痛研究的主流课题, 并用于指导临床实践。疼痛信念与“知识”“知觉”“评价”等概念相似，却不尽相同，而且对于疼痛信念的内涵、外延或类型目前尚无统一认识。文章就疼痛信念这一认知因素进行概念界定和分类，力图使疼痛信念的概念清晰化，为后续研究和临床实践提供可借鉴的切入点。

关键词: 疼痛信念；自我效能；控制点；恐惧

Abstract: Pain is a complicated perception influenced by many psychosocial factors. Pain is not only a feeling, but also an emotion. Pain belief originated from the Gate Control Theory (GCT) and from then on psychology became a formal topic in pain research guided the clinical practice. Pain belief is different from the conceptions such as knowledge, perception and appraisal. For now, there isnt a consistent definition to which factor is pain belief and which is not. The purpose of this article is to define pain belief by classifying its facets to make it clear and provide a beneficial standard for the following research and clinical practice.
