Abstract: This paper adopted literature research and comparative methods to summarize the methodology and the research objects of psychology in recent a hundred years. On methodology, psychology develops from the methodology of scientific psychology to the methodology of ecological psychology; on the research objects, the research category of self develops from biological nature to ecological self. Ecological therapy arose from that background, and the author introduced and compared the similarities and differences of various ecological treatments on the basis of the predecessors. The system model of ecological therapy is put forward, which combines the traditional urban system therapy and the new ecological therapy into the common system, integrates the characteristics of different psychological schools.
