In this paper, we briefly described the origin, development, theories and methods of SFA, and introduced how it came to medical fields. We reviewed the recent application status of SFA in domestic medical fields and found that it can help patients in different phases of treatment and improve the effect of medicine. It can also help patients family members to control their emotion and behavior, and help medical workers with their mental health and safety and improve their team efficiency.
