    The Relationship between Locus of Control and Seekingknowledge and Initiative Learning Motivation: The Regulating Effect of the Sources of Students and Selfsatisfaction

    This study aims to explore the regulating effect of selfsatisfaction of college students of independent recruitment and unified recruitment on their external locus of control and seekingknowledge and initiative learning motivation. 336 college students of independent recruitment and 266 students of unified recruitment were surveyed using the Learning Motivation Scale, the Adult Nowicki Strickland Internal External Control Scale(ANSIE), and the Tennessee SelfConcept Scale(TSCS). Results show that:(1)the seekingknowledge and initiative learning motivation and selfsatisfaction level of the independent recruitment group are significantly higher than those of the unified recruitment group, while the external locus of control is lower;(2)the external locus of control and seekingknowledge and initiative learning motivation have a significant negative correlation;(3)selfsatisfaction plays a regulating role in external locus of control and seekingknowledge and initiative learning motivation;(4)the enrollment type has significant regulating effects on regulation of selfsatisfaction level.

    The Effect of Reward and Negative Emotional Distractor on Perception

    In the present study, in order to investigate whether reward can get rid of the bad effect of negative distractor stimuli to perception, we have explored this problem by proactive paradigm. Experiment results show that the reaction time is reduced significantly when participants can gain 005 China yuan every time. But, even though in this situation where subjects can get reward, their reaction time continue to be longer in negative stimuli than in neutral stimuli. We can conclude that negative distractor stimuli can capture attention voluntarily, and it can interrupt all ongoing activities, the reward can not regulate this mechanism.

    The Effect of Relative Deprivation on Groups Belonging of Migrant Children:The Mediating Role of Identity Integration

    To explore the association of relative deprivation, identity integration and groups belonging in Migrant Children(MC). 208 Migrant Children were investigated by the Relative Deprivation Scale of Migrant Children, Groups Belonging Questionnaire and Identity Integration Scale—for Migrant Children. The results showed that:(1)The correlations among relative deprivation, identity integration, and groups belonging of MC were significant. Specifically, Relative deprivation of MC predicted their groups belonging and identity integration negatively, identity integration predicted groups belonging positively.(2)Identity integration played a partial mediating role in the relationship between relative deprivation and groups belonging.

    Nostalgia: A Review of Conceptualization, Theory and Future Prospect

    Nostalgia is a universal and complex emotion of human beings, which can bring individuals both positive and negative effects. Integrating the previous research on classification of nostalgia, we find that its dimensions can be divided from two perspectives: horizontal and vertical. Methodologically, content analysis, questionnaire, and experimental method are typically approached in studies of nostalgia. Based on research findings, the notion of nostalgia has been widely applied in fields such as consumer psychology, marketing and psychotherapy. At present, the formation mechanisms of nostalgia can be interpreted from the perspectives of physiology, emotion and interpersonal relationship. Future research on nostalgia should pay attention to the followings:(1)focusing on the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods;(2)equally emphasizing experimental method and psychological measurement;(3)developing nostalgic scales that applicable for various age groups in China;(4)enhancing the internal mechanism and vertical research of nostalgia;(5)deepening study on positive effects of nostalgia and expanding its applications in organizational management.

    The effect of ethical leadership on employees voice attracted the attention of scholars in recent years, the existing research based on social learning theory, social exchange theory, social information processing theory, social identity theory is used to explore the effect of ethical leadership on employees voice, the relationship between them and its influencing factors are investigated. Based on the analysis of ethical leadership behavior in Chinese enterprises, this paper points out that in the context of Chinese culture, we should give full consideration to the role of culture in employees voice, and put forward corresponding suggestions.

    The Use of Camouflaged Subjects in the Study of Communicative Language Cognition

    In the study of communicative language cognition, the use of camouflaged subjects is not only methodological, but also involves the analysis of communicative language processing characteristics and the construction of communication theory. This paper intends to summarize and review the use of camouflaged subjects in the analysis of language processing characteristics and the use of camouflaged subjects in the construction of the cognitive theory of the communication language. Specifically, the use of camouflaged subjects facilitates the analysis of the occurrence and understanding of communicative language, but also reduces the diversity of communication and interaction. The use of camouflaged subjects is convenient for communicating with language cognition theory, but it also reduces the richness of communication situations.

    Establishment of Exam Performance Selfassessment Scale

    The purpose of the study is to develop a scale and test its reliability and validity, so that students can use it to evaluate their own exam performance, to improve their ability of makedecision and selfefficacy of examination. Preliminary survey is used to collect data to analysis difficulty and discrimination of item and do exploratory factor analysis, there are 206 students finish it. Another 216 participants were selected at random to finish the formal scale, those data are use to do confirmatory factor analysis and examine scale's homogeneity reliability, structure validity, convergent validity and differentiate validity. Results show that the scale including 17 items and have three dimensions: exam performance, task performance, healthy interpersonal, emotional attitude, they can explaining 63195% of the total variance. It Indicating that the scale have good structure validity(χ2/df=2.31, GFI=0.87, AGFI=0.83, RMSEA=0.08, NFI=0.90, IFI=0.91, CFI=0.92, SRMR=0.07). The volume table's Cronbach alpha coefficient of three dimensions are in from 0.807 to 0.895, the combine reliability of the three dimensions are all above 0.80, AVE of all three dimensions are less than the square value of correlation coefficient, have enough convergent validity and differentiate validity. The self assessment of exam performance scale has a good validity, it can effectively measure the student's exam performance, and it can give a feedback information of performance evaluation to examinee .
