Abstract: Two experiments were conducted to explore the effects of different types of being moved on altruistic behavior. In the first study, a single factor (types of being moved: landscape/kinship/morals) between-subject design was used to investigate the influence of different types of being moved on altruistic behavior. The results show that compared with the landscape group and the kinship group, moral feelings of being moved can significantly enhance the altruistic behavior tendency. In the second study, 2 (trait empathy level: high/low)×2 (types of being moved: landscape/morals) between-subject design was used to further investigate the joint influence of empathy level and types of being moved on altruistic behavior tendency. The results show that moral feelings of being moved and trait empathy both have significant influence on altruistic behavior tendency. In the case of moral feelings of being moved, the altruistic behavior tendency of individuals with high trait empathy and individuals with low trait empathy both take place significant positive changes, and the altruistic behavior tendency of low trait empathy individuals increased more significantly. In conclusion, moral feelings of being moved has positive effects on altruistic behavior, and the influence of moral feelings of being moved on altruistic behavior of individuals with low empathy level is more significant. In real life, we expect to make full use of the positive social functions of being moved, which reflects the positive value of being moved as a social emotional governance strategy.
