The study mainly discusses the impact of primary and secondary school teachers work-family facilitation on the work engagement and the role of social support in the relationship between work-family facilitation and work engagement. 568 primary and secondary school teachers are surveyed by using the work-family facilitation scale, work engagement scale, and social support scale. The results show that the work-family facilitation of primary and secondary school teachers has a significantly positive prediction on the work engagement, and social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between work-family facilitation and work engagement. This indicates that the relationship between work-family facilitation and work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers is influenced by the level of social support.  The more social support, the more harmonious between the individual's work and family, so individual will engage more energy in work, and it will help improve the efficiency of work.

The embedded figure test and dot probe paradigm were adopted to explore the influence of cognitive style on attention bias of emotional information in the present study. The results showed that: 1) The field-independent persons attentional bias scores for the negative emotional information were significantly larger than the positive emotional information and the field-dependent persons attentional bias scores for the positive emotional information were significantly larger than the negative emotional information; 2) In the condition of consistent probe position, the reaction time of the field-independent person to the negative emotional information and the reaction time of the field-dependent person to the positive emotional information were less than the neutral emotional information; 3) In the condition of inconsistent probe position, the reaction time of the field-independent person to the negative emotional information and the reaction time of the field-dependent person to the positive emotional information were greater than the neutral emotional information. In conclusion, the field-independent person has an attentional bias toward the negative emotional information, and the field-dependent person has an attentional bias toward the positive emotional information, both of which show the facilitated attention and the difficulty in attention disengagement. This result helps us to understand the attentional bias characteristics of different cognitive style individuals on emotional information, and to predict the individuals mental health level and provide guidance and suggestions.

This study first determined the definition and structure of Mencius conscience by means of literature research. It consists of five dimensions, which are Ce-yin、Xiu-chi、Yan-wu、Jing-rang and Shi-fei. Deduotion is the main method and induction is the supplement . Two junior high schools and two senior high schools are selected in Guizhou and Jiangsu Provinces. 211 open questionnaires are retrieved and the original question bank is completed. 43 students in the first grade were selected for the difficulty test of all the items. After that, one junior high school and one high school were selected in Guizhou Province, and 331 questionnaires were collected. Through item analysis (correlation coefficient of item and total score, degree of discrimination, factor interpretation rate) and structural analysis (parallel analysis, minimum average partial, exploratory structural equation model), 29 items and five dimensions  were initially identified. Subsequently, 613 data were collected in Guizhou, Jiangsu and Anhui. The internal consistency reliability and the test reliability are used to test the reliability of the scale. The validity of the scale was tested by content validity, structural validity, SEM-based convergence and discriminant validity, and criterion-related validity. The results show that the middle school students Liang-xin scale has good reliability and validity. It can be used as a measurement tool for the level of Liang-xin of middle school students.

Autism, which appears early in childhood, is a widespread developmental disorder characterized by social communication deficits and repetitive sensory-motor behaviours. The research on autism spectrum disorder assessment tools can contribute to early screening, diagnosis and precise intervention. This article systematically introduced the measurement indicators and application of the early screening and diagnostic tools that have been used clinically in recent years, analyzed the problems existing in these tools in combination with the alteration of the latest diagnostic criteria (DSM-5) and then put forward new insights into the development of evaluation tools from the perspective of cognitive diagnostic techniques. We proposed that future research could use the cognitive diagnostic model (CAD) to assess the cognitive patterns of each ASD patient based on the latest diagnostic criteria for autism, thus providing a personalized diagnosis and targeted interventions for each patient. In general, we hope this review will be helpful for future research.
