摘要：

为探究青少年非自杀性自伤（non-suicidal self-injury，NSSI，简称自伤）的变迁趋势及其宏观影响因素，对使用青少年自我伤害行为问卷作为测量工具的研究报告进行横断历史元分析。结果显示：（1）2013— 2022年，我国青少年自伤水平总体呈缓慢下降趋势；（2）经济发展、互联网普及率和政策数量显著预测自伤水平下降；（3）政策干预需约3年才能显著降低青少年自伤水平；（4）年龄能正向预测自伤水平；（5）青少年自伤水平在性别和生源地上总体无显著差异。

Abstract:

To investigate the changing trends in adolescent self-injury (NSSI, hereinafter referred to as self- injury) and their macro-level influencing factors, a cross-temporal meta-analysis was conducted on studies that used the Adolescents Self-Harm Scale as the measurement tool. The findings indicated that: (1) From 2013 to 2022, the self-injury level among Chinese adolescents showed a gradual declining trend; (2) Economic development, Internet penetration rate, and the number of relevant policies signi?cantly predicted the decrease in self-injury levels; (3) Policy interventions required approximately three years to achieve a significant reduction in adolescent self-injury; (4) Age positively predicted self-injury levels; (5) No signi?cant overall di?erences were found in self-injury levels by gender or place of origin.
