The outbreak of COVID-19 has exposed many serious problems in Chinas public health system as well as in the medical education system. It is important to learn from their lessons to improve the education system of psychology. During the pandemic of COVID-19, there emerged three basic trends in the social demand of psychology. First, the remote intervention has become the leading way of emergent mental health services. Second, diversified socialpsychosocial services were needed by all people across all stages of the pandemic. Third, psychological services are needed and completed in a crossdiscipline and integrated way. The education system of the Master of Applied Psychology (MAP) aims to provide professional talents in psychologyrelated fields. However, the population of MAP is still too small to satisfy all possible social needs, and there are few professional opportunities readily provided for them. Meanwhile, the threshold of MAP is too low to gain sufficient respect in the job market. There also exists anacademicinvolution tendency of MAP that the current education practice of MAP places too much emphasison academic training but not on professional training. Besides, the needs of national governance are more or less neglected in the current model of MAP, which aims to meet market needs. Therefore, it is urgent to optimize the toplevel design of the MAP education system to broaden the horizon of training that meets both market demands and governance needs. Differentiated training models should be encouraged and the quota of fulltime and parttime MAP enrollment must be decided carefully. Besides, remote education, multisite training, integration of universities and local governments, companies, and other social organizations are suggested to promote the longterm healthy development of MAP.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, the research of epidemic psychology has attracted attention again. Risk perception is the most direct public psychological response to the epidemic, which is characterized by periodic characteristics, regional differences and demographic differences, and is affected by information sources. At the same time, the epidemic and its risk perception can further affect the variables of social psychology, economic psychology and mental health. However, the existing research needs to be further improved in terms of research perspectives, research methods and theoretical construction. With regard to policy and practice, in order to effectively respond to public health emergencies, China needs to build an emergency psychological service system.

Nowadays, road safety is that bad, however, it is common for college students to use mobile phones while walking. The Study 1 employed the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to explore the factors of pedestrian using a Smartphone while walking and effects of group counseling. On the basis of the first study 1, the Study 2 conducted group intervention in order to reduce the amount of pedestrians using mobile phone. The 59 college students were assigned to the experimental group (29 subjects) and the control group (30 subjects) who completed the selfdesigned TPB questionnaire and mobile phone addiction questionnaire before and after group counseling. This study showed: (1) behavioral attitude and subjective norms influence behavior indirectly through behavioral intention, while perceptual behavior controls direct and indirect prediction of behavior; (2) executive intention mediated the effects of behavioral intention on behavioral variables; (3) The behavior score of experimental group after intervention was lower than before intervention, but there was no significant difference in the control group. The theory of planned behavior provided a general theoretical framework for explaining the factors that influenced college students using mobile phones while walking, and group counseling had a positive effect on the reducing the incidence of using mobile phones while walking.

Customer abuse is defined as unreasonable behaviors such as disrespect, disparagement, and aggression by customers in the workplace. Previous studies have explored the meaning, consequences, mechanism and theoretical mechanism of customer abuse. Customer abuse is mainly based on emotional event theory, resource protection theory, cognitive ruminant theory, moral disengagement theory, and attribution theory. Future research can consider comparing the results of Eastern and Western studies to explore the different impacts of Eastern and Western cultures on employee and customer behavior. In addition, internal and external attribution perspectives of employees can be included in this field. Finally, due to the mutual penetration of worknonwork areas, the impact of customer abuse on employee workfamily conflict and health status can be considered.
