Abstract: Subjective well-being has always been an important variable for psychologists. In the study, the physical exercise rating scale, the interpersonal relationships harassment comprehensive diagnostic scale, the selfesteem scale and the Campbell happiness index scale were used to collect data, and a total of 521 questionnaires were collected. The results show that (1) the individual mediating effect of interpersonal relationships harassment and selfesteem is significant, and the mediating effect is about 31.00%; (2) The intermediary model is established, and the path from interpersonal relationships harassment to self-esteem is significant. The mediation effect is about 16.89%, and the direct effect is significant. This means that physical exercise can directly improve subjective well-being, and it can also improve subjective well-being by improving interpersonal relationships harassment and self-esteem. This study not only proves that physical exercise is a good practice, but also provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of subjective well-being, that is, to improve subjective well-being by improving interpersonal relationships harassment and self-esteem.
