Abstract:
To explore the relationship between social networks sites using, college students’ innovation behavior, as well as the mechanism of creative self-efficacy and self-esteem. The current study collected 1014 college students’ data using social networking sites using strength scale, Rosenberg self-esteem scale, the creative self-efficacy scale and innovation behavior scale. The results indicated that: (1) The social networks sites using positively and significantly predicted colleges’ innovation behavior. (2) College students’ creative self-efficacy played a partially mediating role between social network sites using and innovation behavior. (3) College students’ self-esteem moderated the relationship between social network sites using and creative self-efficacy. Specifically, In the low self-esteem group, the social network sites using has a stronger predictive effect on creative self-efficacy.
