Abstract: By using the method of cognitive behavioral orientation group counseling, this paper makes an intervention on the academic selfefficacy of secondary vocational school students in order to explore the effectiveness of structured group counseling in improving the sense of academic selfefficacy of vocational college students. Through the comparison between the groups, it was found that the intervention increased the selfefficacy of the experimental group, and there were significant differences in the tracking test, and there was no significant difference in the selfefficacy between the control group and the pretest, the preand aftertracking test. The comparison results showed that there were significant differences between the test group and the measured and posterior measurements. This study proves that it is feasible and effective to improve students selfefficacy in secondary vocational schools by structured group counseling with cognitive behavioral orientation.
