Abstract: Objective: To carry out the empirical research of problem behaviors and psychological capital of“leftbehind children”. Methods: The research chose a middle school in Taipusi, Inner Mongolia Province as a pilot and distributed 200 questionnaires. Through some methods like questionnaire survey, observation and interview etc. to achieve qualitative research and quantitative research combined . Results: Among the higher detection rate of problem behaviors, academic pressure, aggressive behavior and neurotic behavior were the top three. Among the lower detection rate of psychological capital, self reliant, optimistic and cheerful were the top two. Psychological capital can provide the corresponding forecast and explanation to different problem behaviors. Conclusion: The model using psychological capital to forecast and guidance the problem behaviors is feasible.
