The Research of HeartbeatPerceptionTask

Abstract: In recent years, based on theory of embodiment, western researchers have paid more and more attention to ‘interoception. They designed a standardized method (HeartbeatPerceptionTask) to measure interoception, carried out many related researches by using this method, and found that interocpeion plays an important role in emotional and cognitive processes. However, the research of interoception is still rare in china. Authors suggested that the HeartbeatPerceptionTask should be developed if researchers are interested in the study of interoception in Chinese culture.
