Effect of Workplace Bullying on the Sabotage Behaviors of Employees:The Roles of Negative Emotion and Resilience

Abstract: Based on the date collected from 327 employees in 20 enterprises, this paper discussed the effect of workplace bullying on the sabotage behaviors of employees. Choosing negative emotions, resilience as mediated variable and moderated variable, this paper specified the design of this research, and then put forward the hypothesis of this paper, explored the effect of workplace bullying on the sabotage behaviors of employees. The results suggested that: workplace bullying had a positive effect on negative emotion and then resulted in sabotage behaviors. And resilience moderated the relationship between negative emotion and sabotage behaviors. Resilience could weak the direct effect of negative emotion on sabotage behaviors of employees. Based on these above, the related results were discussed in the aspect of theory and enlightenments of management practices were put forward, which helped to provide the theoretical basis and empirical support for hotel management.
