Abstract: In order to investigate the impact of maternal selfefficacy on their subjective wellbeing of mothers with autistic children and the mediating role of maternal social support, the author surveyed 92 mothers with autistic children through SelfEfficacy Questionnaire, Social Support Questionnaire and Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire. The results showed that both maternal selfefficacy and maternal social support were positively correlated to their subjective wellbeing; Maternal selfefficacy significantly predicted their subjective wellbeing and maternal social support mediated the relationship between selfefficacy and subjective wellbeing.
