自我超越生命意义量表的结构与信效度研究——基于道家哲学和佛教哲学的分析与思考

摘要： 探索李虹编制的自我超越生命意义量表(SMLS)的结构，并评估其在大学生和中学生中使用的信度和效度。结果发现，探索性因子分析提取出“失败意义获得”和“成败意义超然”两个公因子，符合SMLS量表的道家哲学和佛教哲学的两个理论基础；验证性因子分析显示该量表的二维结构模型全面优于单维结构模型；该量表总分及其两因子与心理健康指标呈显著相关，具有较好的效标关联效度；该量表的组合信度和内部一致性信度符合心理测量学要求；最后，基于SMLS两因子与心理健康之间的相关系数，理论分析了儒释道思想与心理健康的关系。因此，研究揭示该量表为二维结构，具有良好的信效度，可以作为测量中学生及大学生自我超越生命意义的工具。

Abstract: The study explored the structure of selftranscendence meaning of life (SMLS) compiled by Li Hong, and evaluated the reliability and validity of it. The results showed that exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors“got the meaning of the failure” and “detached from success or failure”, and it matched the two theoretical foundations of Taoist philosophy and Buddhist philosophy according to SMLS scale; confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the scale of the twodimensional structure model is superior to the unidimensional structure model. Scale scores and the score of each factor from twodimensional structure model had a significantly positive correlation with the index of mental health and good criterionrelated validity; the combination reliability and internal consistency reliability of the scale met psychometric requirements. Finally, based on the correlation coefficient between the two factors of SMLS and mental health, the relationship between the Buddhist philosophy, Taoism philosophy, Confucianism and mental health was analyzed in theory. Therefore, the study reveals that SMLS is a twodimensional structure with good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to measure selftranscendence meaning of life among middle school students and college students.
