A Review of Studies on Ethical Leadership and EmployeesVoice

Abstract: The effect of ethical leadership on employees voice attracted the attention of scholars in recent years, the existing research based on social learning theory, social exchange theory, social information processing theory, social identity theory is used to explore the effect of ethical leadership on employees voice, the relationship between them and its influencing factors are investigated. Based on the analysis of ethical leadership behavior in Chinese enterprises, this paper points out that in the context of Chinese culture, we should give full consideration to the role of culture in employees voice, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
